Hello! It's time for another Top Ten Tuesday post! And actually, this topic is scheduled for next week, but I decided to do it early because I don't know what to post for this week's topic. This time, I have to list Top Ten Books You Recently Added To Your To-Be-Read List. This one is quite easy because I don't have to think about it and I just need to open my to-read shelf on Goodreads. I think it's a good way to look back at the books I recently added and see what I need to read soon. Here's my list starting from the most recently added books :) (I'm making this post about a week earlier, on March 15th, so it's probably not my most updated list)
Kismet by Nina Addison
This book I received recently from the publisher, Gramedia, to be reviewed, so it's the most recently added book on my to-read list. I will be reading this right after I'm finished with the book I'm currently reading.
The Wind Leading to Love by Ibuki Yuki
Also a book I received from the publisher, Penerbit Haru; because I'm joining the blog tour for this book. That cover is absolutely stunning and beautiful ♥
Intertwine by Flock
This book was also sent to me by the publisher, Penerbit Haru, as part of the blog tour. It's a book written by 5 authors, and I'm really excited to read it soon! Loving that cover as well :))
Let It Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson, Lauren Myracle
I hauled this book in February, and I'm still trying to make time to read it.
I Am Malala by Malala Yousafzai
I have major respect for Malala because of what happened to her and what she did. At such a young age, Malala has accomplished so much—and I want to be inspired by reading this book.
Pippi Longstocking by Astrid Lindgren
This book was part of my January book haul, but still I have no idea when I'll read it....
Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard
I recently added this book in the first place because of the popularity—and probably the cover. I heard quite a lot of good things about it. However, I don't think I'll be reading it anytime soon because it's part of a series. And I always try to wait until the series ended before I start reading it.
The Martian by Andy Weir
I added this book because I need to read it before the movie adaptation comes out! I'm really intrigued by the premise of the story, and can't wait to read it.
Noughts & Crosses by Malorie Blackman
I really really want to read this series soon, because I heard great things about it. I was drawn by the synopsis that talks about racism and prejudice—which seems like it's going to be an emotional read.
Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel
Another hyped book that I recently added to my to-read list, but again, I still have no idea when I'll be able to read it. A lot of people loved it, so I'm assuming it's a pretty great book :))
Those are the top ten books I recently added to my to-read list on Goodreads! I may have added some more during the past few days, so you can click here if you want to see my complete to-read shelf. What are the books you recently added to your to-be-read list? Feel free to share it in the comments below! Who knows, I might add those books to my list as well if I'm interested ;) Okay, see you in the next one! Bye!
