If you know me, I absolutely love watching book to movie adaptations. That's whh this week's Top Ten Tuesday topic, Top Ten Book to Movie Adaptations I Still Need to Watch, is perfect for me. Even though I watch movie adaptations quite frequently, there are still tons of them that I need to watch. Mostly, I held myself back from watching them because I want to read the book first. It's been a very long time since I last made a Top Ten Tuesday post ! The last one that I did was back in June, that was like 4 months ago. So since I'm still not done with the book reviews that I'm supposed to publish (because life has been crazy busy lately), I guess I should just prepare a non-review post like this. And I kind of missed making it as well :) This week's topic is pretty exciting, which is Top Ten Wishes I'd Ask the Book Genie to Grant Me. Here we are again with another Top Ten Tuesday post! This topic is actually scheduled for June 2nd, which is two weeks ago, but I couldn't publish the post on time so I decided to just do it any week I like. And the topic, as stated in the title above, is  Top Ten Books I'd Love To See As Movies/Tv Shows. I already made a Top 5 Wednesday list on books I'd want to see as TV shows, so for this one I'll go with the movies. This week's Top 10 Tuesday is a freebie, so we're allowed to choose our own topic to list. A few weeks ago I posted my Top Ten All Time Favorite Authors, which included my favorite international authors. That's why this week, I'm going to list my Top Ten All Time Favorite Indonesian Authors; because I do read more Indonesian/local books than English books. Most of these authors I've read from several years ago, even since I was still in school. It's time for another Top Ten Tuesday! This week's topic is actually quite interesting, because I never really think about books that I know I won't read. This is actually quite easy to do because I have SO many favorite authors—some I've read multiple books from, some I only read one book by them but instantly fell in love. I love quotes—especially those that are inspiring and could touch my heart. That's why I'm very excited for this week's Top Ten Tuesday, which is to list Top Ten Inspiring Quotes from Books. I'm excited but I'm also confused because I have SO many favorite quotes that inspired me. In the past, I think I've mentioned my favorite quotes several times on this blog; such as in my Top 5 Wednesday: Top Quotes post and Top Five Most Memorable Quotes from my 2013 Book Kaleidoscope. Hello! It's time for another Top Ten Tuesday post! And actually, this topic is scheduled for next week, but I decided to do it early because I don't know what to post for this week's topic. This time, I have to list Top Ten Books You Recently Added To Your To-Be-Read List. This one is quite easy because I don't have to think about it and I just need to open my to-read shelf on Goodreads. So this is actually a pretty late post, because I missed last week's Top 10 Tuesday topic when I went out of town. Last week's topic is to pick Top Ten All Time Favorite Books From the Past 3 Years. Even though it's late, I still want to make this post because I think it's a good way to look back at the books I've read in the past 3 years and pick the books that I've considered as my all time favorite. I gave a lot of 5 stars rating during those years, but not all of them I would categorize as my all-time favorites. Because all-time favorite is quite a big statement. I skipped almost all of Top 5 Wednesday last month, and it turns out I feel like all the topics this month are too difficult. So, in exchange, I'm trying my best to follow as much Top Ten Tuesday as possible! This week we're going to talk about romance in books; and I can say that I read quite a lot of books in that category—because I think almost every book has bits of romance mixed in it. Hello! We're at the first Top Ten Tuesday of 2015! Since some of the earlier topics are quite difficult for me to make (or I'm just lazy), I decided to join this week because it's a freebie topic. Hello again! As we're nearing the end of the year, I think this topic by Top 10 Tuesday is perfect to welcome 2015. The time has finally come for me to decide the Top Ten Books I Read in 2014! I didn't read that many books this year, but I did read quite a lot of good books. Choosing the best ten books I read this year was quite difficult, but in the end I decided to go with the most memorable ones. Because I think those stories that stayed in my heart and mind are worthy enough to be listed here. Aside from the 10 books, I'll also have several honorable mentions: the books that also captured my heart, but I guess they didn't really make it into the top 10. Okay, so this is actually a topic for Top Ten Tuesday, and not for Top 5 Wednesday. However, I couldn't manage to find ten to be listed on this post. This week's topic is to choose Top Ten New-to-Me Authors I Read in 2014. And to be honest, I've been a pretty safe reader for this past couple of years. Because I've had so many disappointing experiences in trying out new authors; and I regretted on spending so much money for that disappointment. So I mostly read books from authors whom I trust, or books that really intrigued me. In the end, I only managed to find 6 authors who are new-to-me this year and left a really good impression. I don't really do Top 10 Tuesday (because I've decided to do Top 5 Wednesday instead), but I really enjoy reading them on other book-blogs that I followed. I discovered this week's topic from The Broke and The Bookish and Pure Imagination; and I finally decided to join in this week because it's talking about book covers! Which is probably one of the best things about books. I probably said this so many times, but book covers can lure me into buying it without reading the synopsis. So I am really excited to choose my top ten book covers that I'd frame as pieces of art :)) (Although I'm sorry it's Thursday and not Tuesday). *I haven't read most of these books; I chose them only because they have stunning covers.

Meskipun selama ini aku jarang ikut meme mingguan/bulanan atau yang sejenisnya, kali ini aku memutuskan untuk ikutan posting Top Ten Tuesday versi Vaan @Kandang Baca karena tertarik dengan tema yang dibahas. Aku sendiri adalah orang yang suka baca buku serial; tapi biasanya aku selalu menunggu sampai serial itu tamat baru aku mau mulai membaca (untuk menghindari ending yang nggantung, karena biasanya aku jadi sebal dan malah seringnya lupa bagaimana isi buku pertama saat baca buku keduanya). Oleh karena itulah, aku berniat untuk menuliskan 10 serial yang ingin aku baca tahun ini :) Walaupun aku kurang yakin bisa menyelesaikan semuanya xD.
