Perahu Kertas: Movie Adaptation Trailer

.

Trailer and book summary down below, check it out ;) *i also posted the soundtrack video as well.

Namanya Kugy. Mungil, pengkhayal, dan berantakan. Dari benaknya, mengalir untaian dongeng indah. Keenan belum pernah bertemu manusia seaneh itu.
...
Namanya Keenan. Cerdas, artistik, dan penuh kejutan. Dari tangannya, mewujud lukisan-lukisan magis. Kugy belum pernah bertemu manusia seajaib itu.
...

Anyone going to watch the movie? I'm really excited to read the book! :D
and by the way, happy Independence Day to Indonesia ♥ bye!

  4. I've see it and loved it. Well, honestly I was hesitate about the cast. But since "Perahu Kertas" is one of my fav book, I felt I must give it a try to see it.
And it's worthy. The scene and the music are beautiful.
It's not as good as the book (like any movie adaptation does)
But it brings the book alive and once again I feel in love with the story.
Can't hardly wait for the second part (yep, since the book is too thick and the story is intense, Hanung made the move in to 2 parts)
