July & August 2018 Book Haul

Last month I wasn't very productive with blogging because I was distracted by so many things—especially TV series πŸ˜‚. But I didn't buy a lot of books either in July (I think it's only one?), so I thought I'd just compile it together with my August book haul. Even combined, I only have 4 paperback books on today's list. I guess I'm doing quite well with my minimalist living so far 😎. As usual, I also have additional ebooks that I acquired within these past two months.Without further ado, let me introduce you to my new books! πŸ˜„

In His Image by Jen Wilkin | Book Review
None Like Him by Jen Wilkin
The first two books are by the same author and I've already read (and reviewed) one of them. After reading In His Image, I was highly interested in Jen Wilkin's other books because I really like her writing style and also the message that she delivered in her book. Even though I've read In His Image in ebook format before, I decided to get the paperback as well because I want to reread it in the future and of course because the cover looks beautiful πŸ˜‰.
She Reads Truth: Judges | She Reads Truth
The second one is another Bible study book released by She Reads Truth. For this study, we're focusing on the book of Judges. There are so many insightful additional information in this study book that makes Bible reading so much more interesting.
Korean Q&A Sentence | Talk to Me in Korean
The last paperback book that I bought is this one by Talk to Me in Korean—they provide online courses for you to study Korean on your own. Although they have their resources online, they also published a lot of books that helps us study Korean better. I decided to get this one because even though I know quite a lot of Korean words and phrases, I always have difficulty combining them into a proper sentence. Hopefully I'll be diligent and learn more with this book πŸ€“.

Caring for One Another by Edward T. Welch | Book Review
This ebook is sponsored by Crossway for their Blog Review Program in exchange for an honest review. I've read and reviewed it, so you can take a look at my full thoughts on this book by clicking the link above πŸ‘†.
Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank
The next one is actually considered a classic because of how old it is and how many people has read this book. Unfortunately, I have never read this book before and I'm really eager to start reading this very soon because I heard only great things about it.
Divine Direction by Craig Groeschel
Craig Groeschel recently released a new book so I'm curious to read his previous works before diving into the new one. He inspired me a lot through his posts on Instagram and Bible plan. So I hope I'll get a lot of insights through his books as well.
Four Things Women Want from a Men by A.R. Bernard
The last one is a book that someone recommended to me a few years ago, and I was thrilled when I can finally get it in ebook format (because the hardcover edition is too expensive for me πŸ˜‚). Expecting good things from this book too!

It still surprises me how I only acquired that much book over these past two months πŸ˜‚. This minimalist living is really working out for me. Anyways, if you have any book recommendations for me, as always you can share them in the comments below. See you in the next one!
