Hello there! Are you all excited for the holidays? Because I am! So this month, my family is blessed with the opportunity to go to New Zealand for our holiday trip. Even though I don't know much about New Zealand, I do know that the country has an incredible view of nature. Unfortunately, we're visiting the country during winter; so I'm not sure if it'll be as pretty as it is in the summer. It will be an 11-day trip starting from 13th to 23rd July 2015. So in this short post, I will be sharing the places I'm excited to see in NZ and also some things that I wanted to do! :D

The very first one that I'm really excited about is visiting the Waitomo Glowworm Cave in New Zealand! I saw a lot of beautiful pictures on the internet and I can't wait to finally see it in real life! I think this is one of the most popular tourist attractions in New Zealand :))

And of course I won't forget to mention Hobbiton! It's the movie set for both The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, and it's definitely one of my bookish wishlist to visit it someday. Though I'm quite worried the place won't be as beautiful in the winter, because I assume everything will be covered in snow :( I was hoping to see all the beautiful greenery surrounding the whole place.

Lastly, here's one of my wishes in a lifetime: to go bungee jumping. To be completely honest, I'm not exactly the most courageous person; but I always like thrilling experiences—just like when I went paragliding in Interlaken. Since New Zealand is actually famous for being the first commercial bungee jump in the world, I feel like I definitely have to try it out. Bungee jumping is not included in the itinerary, but I hope I'll get the chance. Wish me luck and pray that I have the courage to actually jump!

Of course there are a lot more tourist attractions in New Zealand, but I guess so far these three are what I'm most excited about. I'll definitely post something on this blog about my 11-day trip to New Zealand—especially Hobbiton—when I got home. This blog will most probably be dead during my 11-day trip, but I do have a movie adaptation review scheduled to be published on the 16th; and also something else scheduled for the day after my return. What are your plans for the holidays? Whatever you're doing this holiday, I wish you'll have a great time! Be safe, and of course, don't forget to keep reading ;)
